Because our products are digital, delivery happens instantly once payment is completed.

All digital purchases are non-refundable once the file has been delivered or downloaded.
This prevents misuse, duplication, or unauthorized sharing of artwork.
Refunds are only available before final delivery of a commissioned design.
Once the final file has been sent or approved, the sale is final.
If you wish to cancel a custom order, contact us within 24 hours of placing it.
If a file arrives corrupted or incorrect, email support@gieckkonoxsolutions.com within 7 days of purchase.
We’ll verify the problem and replace or resend the file promptly.
Any accidental duplicate payment will be refunded in full once confirmed.
